The are 4 principle components to estimating our projects; Materials, Equipment, Labor, and Administrative Costs.

Materials: It has been our experience that the use high quality materials not only results in a high quality finished product, but we have found the high quality materials are easier to work with and enable us to work productively. The increase of production finances the higher costs of using high quality materials.

Equipment: We constantly study the latest innovations of equipment and tools and test those that may help in the production of our methods. The equipment that we use today enable us to work more efficiently with a better result than in the past.

Labor: We use highly skilled craftsman. Coupled with proven methods and quality equipment, its our our goal to enable our work crews to achieve a quality product with a high rate of production.

Administrative Costs: The costs of compliance is nonnegotiable. Landberg Concrete maintains a 2 Million Dollar Insurance Coverage for all of our projects. We employ all of our work crews and are insured with a Workman's Compensation Insurance contract.

We do streamline our overhead to enable us to be aggressive in our estimates. The owner performs most of the estimates, and participates in all of the phases of the construction.Everyone employed at Landberg Concrete is hands-on. There are no office managers. Everyone is in the mix, and everyone gets dirty.

How do we calculate our estimates?

We analyze each project that we complete and evaluate our plan and performance. Over time we have developed a systematic way in with we execute each new project.

Most successful companies use high quality components. What separates Landberg Concrete is our investment in new equipment and technologies which enables us to work more efficiently. We use this difference to aggressively estimate each new prospective project.

The volume of our work schedule often enables us to couple projects together, where we are able to share resources between projects. Our estimates often include a specific timeframe with each price, to enable prospective customers to get a lesser quote, for their time flexibility.
