Landberg Concrete guarantees that the price agreed upon for is the best possible price.  If a better price is presented to the customer, before the order of the material for the project is placed, Landberg Concrete agrees to refund the difference to the customer.  Comparable estimates must be on an apples-to-apples comparison and meet the following criteria:

1. Contractor must be a licensed contractor in good standing.
2. Contractor must carry a $2 million dollar liability and $1 million dollar workers compensation insurance policy. (Must be verifiable by an insurance binder.)
3. Contractor must have satisfactory references of similar work for other customers.
4. Estimate must be in writing and be specific as to the sizes and brand names of the manufacturers to be used in the project.
